Nethken promoted to Vice President of Operations at Trilogy Innovations



Trilogy Innovations, Inc., has promoted Natalie Nethken to Vice President of Operations, the Bridgeport, West Virginia-based company has announced.

 

Trilogy Innovations, Inc., named by Inc. magazine as the fastest-growing company in West Virginia for the past two consecutive years, continues to strengthen its leadership team with Nethken’s appointment, which will take effect immediately. She has served as Business Operations Director for Trilogy since October 2021.

 

“Natalie has been an absolute picture of excellence since joining the Trilogy team three years ago,” said Trilogy CEO and Co-Founder Brandon Downey. “She has managed all business facets of the company, ranging from the complete oversight of contracts to both public and private sector customers to her leadership role in solicitation activities for federal Requests for Proposal to streamlining all business functions. And everything in-between.”

 

Nethken also oversees the creation, approval, and implementation of all company policies and procedures, including her leadership role in the review of Trilogy’s ISO 9001 certification earlier this year and CMMI Level 3 appraisal, estimated in November. Additionally, she serves as the assistant Facility Security Officer and is responsible for the submission of all Visitor Access Requests for incoming and outgoing personnel. She also monitors personnel clearances to ensure clearances remain active, initiates new clearances, and clearance renewals.

 

Prior to Trilogy, Nethken worked remotely for eight years as Senior Business Operations Director for Public Sector and Commercial for the Newberry Group, headquartered in St. Charles, Mo. She also served as Business Operations Manager for Clarksburg, W.Va.-based Fusion Technology LLC for nearly five years; Project Manager/Quality Manager for Computer Sciences Corporation in Hanover, Md.; and Human Resource Assistant for Lockheed Martin.

Nethken holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from West Virginia University, as well as certifications as a Project Management Professional and from ITIL Foundations, v3. She enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs.
